Working Together
Transitions can be both exciting and deeply overwhelming. Whether you're a recent college graduate navigating adulthood, a couple adjusting to new roles as parents, or a mother grappling with the emotional terrain of matrescence, you're not alone—and you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. I'm a psychologist who works with adults, couples, and families facing life transitions, identity shifts, and emotional challenges. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and genuine connection. I offer a nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome—and where we can work together to explore what healing and growth look like for you.

I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and psychodynamic principles, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. With over 14 years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher, I also bring a mind-body perspective to our work. I draw on this background to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, regulate their nervous systems, and build resilience from the inside out.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and provide culturally attuned care with a deep respect for your individual experience. Currently, I offer sessions exclusively via telehealth, providing flexible, accessible support wherever you are in New York or New Jersey. My therapeutic style is informed by Carl Rogers' core belief in unconditional positive regard. I see you as the expert on your own life—and my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your vision for the future.
